Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the Fluenza website uses, why, and how you can control them.

1What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies — local and session storage, and pixels — work the same way for the purposes of this policy, and we call them all “cookies” here. Some are set by us (first-party), others by the services we use (third-party).

This policy covers the fluenza.ai website: the quiz, the paywall, and the checkout. How we handle the personal data these cookies collect is described in our Privacy Policy. The website is operated by Sueta FZE LLC.

2Strictly Necessary

These make the quiz and the checkout work. Without them you could not complete a purchase.

  • Quiz and checkout state (Fluenza). Your quiz answers, your place in the quiz, the email address you enter at checkout, and, after you pay, a reference to that payment and the extra offer you are on, kept in your browser's session storage. They are deleted when you close the tab.
  • Payment security (Stripe). Cookies such as __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid, set on the payment pages to detect and prevent fraud. They last from 30 minutes to one year.
  • Plans and prices (Apphud). Cookies that identify your browser to our subscription platform, so the paywall shows you consistent plans and prices.

3Analytics

  • PostHog. A cookie and local storage entry (named ph_…_posthog) holding a random identifier, so we can count visits, see where people leave the quiz, and record how pages are used. Text typed into fields is masked in those recordings. It lasts up to one year.

4Advertising

  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms). The _fbp cookie, and _fbc when you arrive from a Meta ad, which let Meta tell whether a visit or a purchase came from one of our ads and show our ads to people likely to be interested. We report only page views, the start of checkout, and purchases, with the plan and amount — never your email, name, or answers. Both last up to 90 days. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy.

5How to Control Cookies

In your browser

Every browser lets you block cookies, delete the ones already set, and browse in a private window that discards them when it closes. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the quiz or the checkout from working.

Advertising

You can limit how Meta uses data from websites and apps for ads in your Meta ad preferences, and block third-party cookies in your browser. Our website does not respond to Do Not Track signals.

6Changes and Contact

We update this policy when the cookies we use change; the “Last updated” date above shows when it last did.
